1. Digital service — no physical shipping
Heywave is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by Sandeep Kumar Patel. It is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses apply.
2. How and when the Service is delivered
Access to Heywave is provided electronically through your online account at chatterly.easycoders.in:
- On successful registration, your account and free trial (where applicable) are available immediately.
- On successful payment for a plan, your subscription is activated and access is provisioned instantly, typically within a few seconds.
- Service features are used directly within the dashboard and via the REST API — there is nothing to ship or install by post.
3. Delivery confirmation
Once your payment is processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and your plan is activated, the active status is reflected in your dashboard. If a payment succeeds but your access is not provisioned, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Delays or issues
Activation is automatic. In the rare event of a delay caused by a payment-gateway or technical issue, reach out to us using the details below and we will investigate and restore access as quickly as possible.
